Our Approach
Palveron uses exclusively technically necessary cookies and local storage. We do not use analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies. Therefore, no consent is required under § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act).
As a governance platform that helps organizations use AI responsibly, we believe in leading by example when it comes to data protection.
Technically Necessary Cookies
The preference cookies palveron-locale and palveron-theme are set automatically on your first visit (duration: 1 year). They ensure that language and theme are rendered correctly server-side from the first byte, contain no identifiers of any kind, and are not used for tracking. The legal basis is § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (functionally required).

What We Don't Do
• We do not use Google Analytics, Matomo, or other analytics tools
• We do not use marketing cookies or retargeting pixels
• We do not create user profiles for advertising purposes
• We do not share cookie data with third parties
• We do not use fingerprinting or similar tracking technologies
Why No Cookie Banner?
Since we exclusively use technically necessary cookies, no consent — and therefore no cookie consent banner — is required under § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. Technically necessary cookies are those that are strictly required for providing the service — such as maintaining the login session or storing the language preference.
Should we introduce optional cookies in the future (e.g., for analytics), we will obtain your consent beforehand.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare may set temporary cookies as part of its CDN and security service (e.g., __cf_bm) to provide bot protection. These cookies are technically necessary and are not used for tracking purposes.
Your Control
